How will Voice Message Services function?
- Step 1 : Enter the contact details with the telephone numbers one at a time or import all at one go from .csv file
- Step 2: Choose for standard features of IVR like voicemails, ring groups or numerical extensions. You may be having complex applications too like a credit card payment gateway, appointment scheduling or joining a conference room
- Step 3 : Prepare the IVR Templates which is your recorded voice file along with a number-based response instruction with regard to your IVR menu tree which is used to look up actions to perform on key press in IVR menu.
- Step 4 : Run the IVR Broadcasts with your recorded voice file with a preset time for start and finish. Preset time refers to picking up your favored hours of day to make the automated calls. You can also customize settings with concurrent calls, retries, etc
- Step 5 : Reporting function emails you a complete broadcast report for your check.
